　　對于出現危急情況（如收縮壓≥180mmHg和/或舒張壓≥110mmHg，意識改變、劇烈頭痛或頭暈、惡心、嘔吐、視力模糊、眼痛、心悸、胸悶、喘憋不能平臥等）的患者，須在處理后緊急轉診，社區衛生服務中心（站）應在2周內主動隨訪轉診情況。
